This website lets you browse our plant catalogue without creating a customer account or entering payment details.
When you contact us
WhatsApp and email links open an external service. A prepared WhatsApp message is not sent until you choose to send it. The service you use handles your message under its own privacy terms.
Booking a plant inquiry
The booking page embeds Calendly, which receives the technical information needed to load its calendar. If you book, Calendly processes the details you enter, including your name and email, to arrange the appointment. Review Calendly’s privacy policy before sharing your details. You can also contact us on WhatsApp instead.
Orders and payment screenshots
When you submit an order, we store your name, address, email, phone number, chosen plants, and order notes in Supabase so approved business admins can process it. Payment screenshots are stored privately and opened by admins using temporary links. They are not public catalogue images. Order emails are processed by Resend and sent to your email and the business inbox. Bank transfer instructions are public; order contact details and payment screenshots are private. Share only the payment evidence needed; hide unrelated transactions and balances. Never upload card security codes, passwords, or identification documents.
Your browser saves plant IDs and quantities to remember your basket. Checkout contact details and screenshots are not saved in browser storage. To limit automated submissions, the server stores a keyed hash of your network address and request counts. Entries older than two days are cleaned up when the next request is processed. It does not store your raw IP address in this rate-limit table. Contact us to request correction or removal of your order information, subject to records we need to retain.
Website inquiries and preferred-time requests
When you use a website inquiry or booking request form, we store your name, email, optional phone number, message, selected plant, and requested date/time privately in Supabase. Approved admins use these details to respond and arrange a conversation. A preferred-time request does not create or reserve a Calendly appointment. Inquiry and preferred-time request confirmations and business notifications are processed by Resend using your submitted details. WhatsApp and email conversations remain in those services.

Private plant administration
Approved business admins can sign in to manage the catalogue. Supabase handles admin authentication, catalogue records, and uploaded plant photos. The browser stores an admin session to keep an admin signed in. Public visitors do not need an account to browse.
Website resources
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. The hosting and font services receive the technical information needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address and browser request. The catalogue itself does not use an account, newsletter form, or customer tracking dashboard.
